Thank you for shopping with SolΓ‘yae. Every handbag in our collection is handcrafted by skilled Filipino artisans and imported to our California facility before being shipped to you. Below you will find everything you need to know about our shipping process.

SHIPPING DESTINATIONS

We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states, Washington D.C., and U.S. territories including Puerto Rico, Guam, and the U.S. Virgin Islands. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

SHIPPING OPTIONS & RATES

Standard Shipping (5–7 Business Days): Complimentary on all orders. Every SolΓ‘yae order ships free via FedEx Ground. No minimum purchase required.

Expedited Shipping (2–3 Business Days): Available at checkout for an additional fee calculated based on package weight and destination. Fulfilled via FedEx Express Saver or FedEx 2Day.

Overnight Shipping (1 Business Day): Available at checkout for an additional fee. Fulfilled via FedEx Priority Overnight. Orders must be placed before 12:00 PM PST on a business day to ship same day.

Expedited and overnight shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order details.

ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. You will receive an email confirmation when your order is placed and a second notification with tracking information once your package has shipped.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.

Please note that processing times are separate from shipping transit times. For example, an order placed on Monday afternoon using standard shipping would typically be dispatched by Wednesday and arrive within 5–7 business days from the ship date.

WHERE ORDERS SHIP FROM

All orders ship from our facility in Southern California. Each SolΓ‘yae handbag is imported from our partner artisan workshops in the Philippines and inspected for quality before being carefully packaged and shipped to you.

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a FedEx tracking number. You can track your package at fedex.com or through the FedEx mobile app. Please allow up to 24 hours after receiving your shipping confirmation for tracking information to become active.

If you do not receive a shipping confirmation within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us at orders@solayae.com.

DELIVERY INFORMATION

FedEx will deliver your package to the shipping address provided at checkout. Signature is not required for delivery unless you specifically request it. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete, including apartment or suite numbers, to avoid delays.

SolΓ‘yae is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you realize you have entered the wrong address, please contact us as soon as possible at orders@solayae.com. We will do our best to update the address before shipment, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been dispatched.

SHIPPING DELAYS

While we strive to meet the estimated delivery windows listed above, occasional delays may occur due to carrier volume, weather events, or other circumstances beyond our control. During peak shopping seasons (such as the winter holidays or major sales events), processing and transit times may be slightly longer than usual.

If your package appears to be significantly delayed, please contact us and we will work with FedEx to locate your shipment and resolve the issue.

LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

If your package arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at orders@solayae.com. Include your order number and any photos of the damage if applicable. We will work with FedEx to file a claim and arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.

We take great care in packaging every handcrafted piece to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. Each handbag is wrapped in protective materials and shipped in a branded SolΓ‘yae box.

P.O. BOXES & MILITARY ADDRESSES

FedEx Ground and Express services have limited delivery options for P.O. Boxes. If your shipping address is a P.O. Box, please contact us before placing your order so we can confirm delivery availability. We are happy to ship to APO, FPO, and DPO military addresses where FedEx service is available.
